Maternitots Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Agreement:
1.1. By renting a maternity dress from Maternitots, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Rental Period:
2.1. The rental period begins on the date the dress is delivered or picked up and ends on the date it is returned to Maternitots. The rental period is 3 days.
2.2. The rental period may be extended upon request and subject to availability, provided that additional rental fees are paid.
3. Rental Fee:
3.1. The rental fee for the maternity dress is as specified on our website or rental agreement.
3.2. All fees must be paid in full before the dress is shipped or picked up.
4. Security Deposit:
4.1. A refundable 50 % security deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the dress, minus any applicable deductions.
5. Dress Condition:
5.1. The dress should be returned in the same condition as received, clean, and free from damage. Please DO NOT wash the dress, we will take care of the washing. Any stains, tears, or damage may result in deductions from the security deposit.
6. Sizing and Alterations:
6.1. Alterations to the dress are not allowed.
6.2. Any alterations made to the dress without consent may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
7. Cancellation and Refunds:
7.1. No refunds. We can reschedule the appointment in case of an emergency.
8. Late Fees:
8.1. A late fee may be applied if the dress is not returned by the agreed-upon return date. The late fee is R150 per day.
9. Damage and Loss:
9.1. You are responsible for any damage to or loss of the dress during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
10. Shipping:
10.1. You are responsible for all shipping costs. The dress should be packed and returned in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
11. Ownership:
11.1. The dress remains the property of Maternitots and should not be altered or resold.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them and agree to be bound by their terms.
